Dr Rowena Marzo shame on you

I have started the process to repair the damage to my mouth done by you. I have emailed you explaining the impact on me of the very bad dental work you have done on me. I have told you that I haven't had a decent sleep for months as I have to wake every hour so my jaw doesn't get locked because the teeth are so high . I have explained the cost to me physically and financially. You luckily had not destroyed the molds of my original teeth, so thanks for that as my prosthodontist will use them to restore my mouth. You have not returned my emails. I can only publicize your name and warn clients against going to you. I am not vindictive but you have disappointed me by ignoring me. Do not have work done at this clinic or you may end up like me.

    I agree with you 100%. She is a butcher who calls herself a dentist. Shame on you Dr Marzo. My crown has incomplete...the day before my departure after being in Makati for over 3 weeks. It had a fault in it from the beginning and she simply said, "go and buy a water cleaner to get any trapped food from the gap". Some expense later, I did that. The crown fell out in Brisbane one day. The local dentist charged $90 to re-cement it in place. It was still a crappy crown and had to suffice with it until I was so pissed off at her denying liability for her stuff up. I visited Bangkok Hospital Dental clinic in my travels who promptly asked me who did the poor example of dentistry in my mouth calling it a crown? The crappy crown was removed and replaced with a well fitting (complete) crown. The process of removing a crown has a serious impact on the tooth beneath, some years later getting infected from the root...in a bad way. If the tooth was repaired correctly, the snowball effect would not have occurred. Result: Tooth removed, infection cleared and an implant done elsewhere.
    Please avoid this dentist as she will charge you top money for inferior work, knowing well that you must travel a long way to complain. She denies any liability at all.

      Wow dude, my complaint is almost identical. My crown fell out on the plane home and lucky i didn't eat the damned thing. It was re-glued by my local and expensive dentist. That tooth just had her RTC redone due to inferior work originally done in Makati. It was painful and on the verge of infection. Got it on time. I would never return to Rowena Marzo nor would I advise anyone to go there. 21/04/2018

      You can add me to that list. She destroyed my teeth. She did bridges and the teeth broke off at the gumline because of the bad pressure . I am devastated. ALmost irreparable. Please be warned and don't go there. Christine ( I dont want to publish my email address .)

    Now, I have placed these customer's name above. I am one of them above and will wear the consequences of exposing her customers. She gave me your emails and names a while ago. To be honest, Rowena would be a deregistered dentist if in a Western country. Philippines is not a 3rd world country but Rowena Marzo is a 3rd world dentist butcher. My teeth looked ok for a very short time, before gum problem showed itself. direct result of Marzo applying the crowns way too deep. My gum damage was excessive, and cost me thousands at home to fix her damage. Marzo refused to reply to my emails and they wonder why there is terrorism around the world. To people that do wrong by us? Now, that must be acceptable. I have since found a great dentist in a neighboring communist country. So much better in every respect. Shame on your lack of professionalism Rowena Marzo, shame on you.
